Tell us what you are trying to do.

Not a ticket queue. Questions about the app, a licence for your firm, or the book, read by people who have picked a jury.

Send a message

Five fields, and the specific ones get the better answer.

Tell us what you are trying to do rather than what you think the software should be called. If there is a trial on the calendar, say when — it changes the order we work in.

A person reads this, usually within one business day. Nothing you write here is added to a mailing list.

You do not need us to start.

JuryBoard is free to download and free to keep. Nothing on this page is a gate in front of the app — build the courtroom you sit in and try it first, then write if something does not fit.

    Where it goes

Three kinds of message, one form.

The subject you choose is the only routing there is, so it is worth thirty seconds. Here is what sits behind each one.

    Using the app

Something will not do what you need

A seating chart that will not match the room, a strike sheet that will not export, a panel that will not import. Say what you were doing when it stopped and which device you were on.

    A licence for my firm

Getting a trial team on one panel

Seats for the lawyers and the paralegals who sit behind them, billing that your accounts department will accept, and a purchase order if that is how your firm buys software.

    The book, press, and CLE

    Picked to Win, and speaking

Bulk copies for a firm or a bar association, interview requests, and CLE on voir dire. Evidence at Trial bookings come through here too.

    Asked first

Four things people write in about most.

    How quickly will someone answer?

Within one business day, and usually the same day if you write in the morning Pacific. If you are in trial and say so in the first line, it moves to the top of the pile — write the trial date into the message rather than the subject.

Do I have to contact you before trying JuryBoard?

No. The app is free to download on iPad, Mac, Windows, and Chromebook, with no credit card and no trial clock. Most people write to us after a case rather than before one, which is the order we would choose too.

Can you set my firm up before a trial next week?

Usually, yes. Setting up seats takes minutes rather than a project plan, and there is no implementation phase to schedule. Choose A licence for my firm and put the trial date in the first line so it is not read as a general enquiry.

    Do you take feature requests?

Yes, and the useful ones describe a courtroom rather than a screen. Tell us what the judge did, what the panel did, and what you could not write down in time. That is the version we can build against.

    Try it first

The fastest answer is the app itself.

Download it free, build your next panel, and write to us with a real case behind the question.

Free on iPad, Mac, Windows, and Chromebook. No credit card, no trial clock.
